2.1. Visiting the website

Retention period:
- in the case of general enquiries, for a maximum of 12 months after the enquiry has been closed;
- in the case of requests for proposals or pre-contractual communication, for a maximum of 5 years, in line with the limitation period for civil law claims;
- in the case of a concluded contract, in accordance with the statutory retention periods applicable to contractual and accounting documents;
- in the case of technical form logs, for a maximum of 30 days, unless longer retention is justified due to a security incident, abuse or legal dispute.

Retention period: for the duration of the business relationship and for a maximum of 5 years thereafter, unless a legal provision requires longer retention.
2.4. Presentation of references, projects and visual content
On the website, 4D Tájépítész Iroda Kft. may present professional references, completed or planned projects, images, visualisations, project descriptions and professional contributors.

4D Tájépítész Iroda Kft. does not currently operate a newsletter and does not collect personal data through the website for newsletter subscription purposes.
If a newsletter subscription option is introduced in the future, the Data Controller will separately provide the data processing terms related to the newsletter and will send newsletters only on the basis of the data subject’s prior, voluntary consent.

Recommended setting: Google Analytics should not start automatically upon the first page load, but only after the visitor has consented to analytical cookies.
3.3. Marketing cookies
At the time of preparing this Notice, the website does not use marketing cookies, does not use newsletter subscription tracking and does not use Meta/Facebook Pixel or similar advertising tracking codes.
Simple external links to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages do not qualify as marketing cookies. If advertising tracking codes, remarketing, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar technologies are introduced in the future, the Data Controller will update this Notice and request the necessary prior consent.
4. Embedded content
The website may contain embedded content from other websites, such as videos, maps, social media posts or external image galleries.
Embedded content may behave as if the visitor had directly visited the external website concerned. These external service providers may collect data, use cookies and track the user’s interactions, especially if the user is logged in to the respective service.

The hosting provider may process personal data for the purposes of the technical operation of the website, server-side logging, security and ensuring availability.
- Analytics provider: Google Ireland Limited, Google Analytics service, only with the visitor’s consent.
- Web developer or system administrator: for website maintenance, troubleshooting and secure operation.
- E-mail service provider: for operating e-mail communication.
- Accountant: for fulfilling invoicing and accounting obligations.
- Legal adviser: for handling legal claims and contractual or data protection matters.
Processors may process personal data only on the instructions of the Data Controller and only to the extent necessary.

6. Transfers of data to third countries
